This matter is before the Court upon Beaver Office Products, Inc.’s (the “DIP”) amended plan of reorganization (the “Plan”) to which General Electric Capital Corporation (“GECC”), A1 Simon and Janie Simon (collectively the “Simons”) have filed objections.
