DIETRICH, District Judge.

The suit is brought to enjoin the defendant Canyon county and its officers from taxing lands, or the interests of settlers therein, in what is known as the Boise Reclamation Project, an irrigation sysfem constructed by the government under what is popularly known as the Reclamation Act.
