This suit was filed in the district court of Jefferson county by appellee, R. L. Lindsey, against appellant, United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, as an appeal from an adverse award of the Industrial Accident Board, under the provisions of our Workmen’s Compensation Act (Rev.
