*174 Tyrone Ty Watson ("Defendant") appeals from an order entered 28 May 2015 denying his motion to suppress and a judgment entered 8 July 2015 following his guilty plea to a charge of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon. On appeal, Defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress statements made to a police officer during an interrogation outside of the presence of Defendant's parent.
