Statement.

GALLAGHER, C. J.

This is an. application by Joe Moore, hereinafter called relator, for an original injunction against McLennan ¡ i county, the several members of its commissioners’ court in -their official capacity and the sheriff of said county in such capacity, all of whom are hereinafter called respondents. The issuance of the injunction applied for is alleged to he necessary to protect the jurisdiction of this court in the matter of an appeal thereto from a judgment of the district court of MicLennan county, Tex., in a certain cause entitled Joe Moore v. Mc-Lennan County et al.…
