The issue presented on appeal, is whether the trial court properly granted a new trial upon respondents’ motion, vacating judgment in favor of appellant, Phillip A. Boyer, M.D., upon his claim for damages against respondents, Grandview Manor Care Center, Inc., and Vada Mae Eder, for tortious interference with the physician/patient relationship between appellant and residents of Grandview Manor.
