INZER, Justice:

Appellant Patricia Ann Patterson, a minor, by and through her father as next friend, instituted this suit in the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County seeking to recover a money judgment against appellees Seth D. Adams and Annell B. Adams, alleged to be partners in a day nursery, for personal injuries received by the minor while in the care of the nursery. The bill of complaint also sought to have set aside as fraudulent certain conveyances made by Mr. and Mrs. Adams to the other appellees herein, namely Nancy Ann Hutson, Robert W.
