Plaintiff appeals an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) dated and entered May 15, 1981, dismissing plaintiff’s claim against the Second Injury Fund (fund). Previously, plaintiff’s claim against her employer, All Day All Night Laundromat (laundromat), had been redeemed under a redemption agreement *370duly approved by the administrative law judge. The issue raised on appeal is of apparent first impression.
