Appellant, Fanny Sue Schellhardt, filed a complaint of sexual discrimination against the board of education of Waterloo Community School District No. 5, with the Fair Employment Practices Commission. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 48, par. 851 et seq., now the Illinois Human Rights Act, Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 68, par. 1 — 101 et seq.). After extensive hearings concerning her claim, the administrative law judge recommended that Ms. Schellhardt’s complaint be dismissed.
