These three motions came before the Court within the adversary proceeding commenced by Robin Ann Smith (“Debtor”) on March 3, 1987 to determine a student loan debt dischargeable pursuant to §§ 523(a)(8)(B) and 727 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C.A. §§ 101-1330 (West 1979 & Supp.1988) (“Code”).
