Plaintiffs-appellants, Jo Ann Behm and Elizabeth Dodson, appeal the judgment of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas granting a directed verdict in favor of defendants-appellees, Victory Lane Unit Owners’ Association, Inc., Barry Tingley, Lori Homel, and Tim Emerson, 1 in a ease involving maintenance of a condominium complex. For the reasons that follow, we reverse the trial court’s judgment and remand the cause for a new trial.
