|2The Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information on September 18, 2007, charging defendant, Charles Grimes, with distribution of marijuana, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(A). At the November 2, 2007 arraignment, defendant pled not guilty. On March 31, 2008, the trial court heard and denied defendant’s motion to suppress identification and evidence.
