ORDER

MERRYDAY, District Judge.

A February 1, 2007, order (Doc. 130) granted in part the defendants’ motions (Doc. 109,122) and required the plaintiff to submit, bn or before March 1, 2007, to an independent medical examination (the “examination”). On February 20, 2007, the plaintiff submitted to an examination by Dr. Donald R.
