MEMORANDUM DECISION & ORDER
ROBERT J. SHELBY, District Judge.
Christopher Black Cannon sought bankruptcy protection, claiming that he qualified to petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Trustee and PNC Bank, N.A. disagreed. After inviting and receiving briefing on the issue, the bankruptcy court found that Mr. Cannon had too much debt to qualify for Chapter 13 and dismissed his case.
