The United States sues the City and County of Denver (“the City”) and the Denver Police Department (“the DPD”) for declaratory and injunctive relief to enforce the provisions of Titles I and II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990CADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 12131, et seq., and the implementing regulations.
