Defendant appeals a judgment revoking his probationary sentences and sanctioning his probation violations by imposing the presumptive prison terms set forth in ORS 137.717(1),1 the repeat property offender (RPO) statute. He assigns error to the trial court’s failure to impose a sanction in accordance with the felony sentencing guidelines.
