Devanen, Chief Justice.

Action brought by the village of Eobbinsdale to recover from the county of Hennepin the sum of $19,117.75, representing 75 per cent of amounts in excess of one mill on the taxable value of properties in the plaintiff village expended for poor relief' during the years 1931, 1932, 1933, and 1934.
