David L. Banghart appeals from the district court’s1 denial of his motion for a new trial following an adverse jury verdict in his product liability action. Banghart received serious burns when an alcohol stove on his sailboat exploded into flames. He sued Ori-go, the manufacturer of the stove; Hunter Marine Corporation, the manufacturer of the boat and seller of the stove; and others affiliated with the two.
