STAPLETON, Circuit Judge.
I
The Trustee in the Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings of Andrew Bressman (“Debtor”) appeals the District Court’s af-firmance of the Bankruptcy Court’s grant of summary judgment to Appellees, attorneys Newman & Greenberg, The Law Offices of Robert Hill Schwartz (together, “Newman & Schwartz”), and Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A. (“Cole Schotz”). The Trustee seeks to recover certain funds received by appellees as counsel fees. We will affirm the judgment of the District Court.
