Rosa Mae Dunagan, an employee of the Owens-Illinois Glass Company, sustained a back injury in an accident arising out of and in the course of her employment on December 5, 1958, following which pain developed between her shoulders. She was examined and treated by a physician to whom she had been referred by the company doctor but no diagnosis was made. Her employer provided her with a light job at which she worked until April 28, 1959, when she was admitted to a hospital because of pain in the back and right leg.
