The debtor, LaVern Mueller, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on July 17, 1998, and then brought this adversary proceeding to determine whether he should be discharged from his debt to the State of Wisconsin — Department of Workforce Development (hereinafter ‘WDWD”) for unpaid unemployment insurance contributions of his corporation.
