In an action, inter alia, for the repayment of a loan, the plaintiff appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lonschein, J.), dated March 20, 1985, as, upon reargument, adhered to so much of a prior order of the same court, dated December 19, 1984, as granted that branch of the defendant’s motion which was to dismiss the plaintiff’s first cause of action on the grounds of arbitration and award, res judicata, and collateral estoppel.
