The bill in this case is filed to foreclose a mortgage given by the defendants to the United States Building Corporation to secure the sum of $14,000, payable in quarterly installments until the payments aggregated a certain sum, with interest. The defendant Muencks, as owner, had entered into an agreement with the United States Building Corporation, whereby the building corporation was to erect a building for the defendant.
