MEMORANDUM OPINION

Gary Alan Glass sued Anne Arundel County (the “County”) and several police officers1 for constitutional violations under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. ECF No. 1. Pending are defendant Corporal Mark Collier’s motion for summary judgment, ECF No. 42, and Glass’s motions to strike various exhibits, ECF Nos. 47-49. No hearing is necessary. Local Rule 105.6 (D.Md.2011).
