This is an appeal from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review affirming a referee’s decision denying benefits under section 402(b) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law Act of 1936 (1937) P. L. 2897, §402(b), as amended, 43 PS §802(b).

Claimant who is 34 years of age, was last employed as a laborer in the hammer shop of the Pittsburgh Forging Company in Coraopolis. He was employed by this company from September 25, 1951 until May 13, 1953. On the latter date he terminated the employment relationship admittedly on his own volition…
