The case comes before the court on the defendant Eric Chase’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction or, in the alternative, to join Mansfield Heliflight, Inc.’s motion to dismiss count IX of the complaint. 1 (Dk.40). This is an unfair competition case in which the plaintiff, Dodson International Parts, Inc.
