PER CURIAM: *

In this insurance coverage dispute, Ure-tek (USA), Inc. (Uretek) sought a defense from Continental Casualty Co. (Continental), its commercial general liability insurer, in connection with a counterclaim filed by a rival. Continental declined to defend the suit and Uretek sued, seeking a declaratory judgment, damages for breach of contract, and punitive damages. The district court entered summary judgment for Continental, concluding that none of allegations in the counterclaim came within the policy’s “personal and advertising injury” coverage.
