Appellant filed its petition in error on August 21, 1991, within thirty days after the pronouncement, on July 23, 1991, of an appealable order (overruling a motion for new trial) but prior to the time that the order overruling the motion for new trial was filed. Appellant subsequently filed an amended petition in error, on October 31, 1991, attaching to the amended petition a file-stamped copy of the order overruling appellant’s motion for new trial.
