Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Ivan Warner, J.), rendered December 2, 1987, convicting defendant after a jury trial of sodomy in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, and kidnapping in the second degree and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to three concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment of from 12 to 24 years on each conviction, unanimously affirmed.
