In each of the cases herein the People move for an order to extract blood from the respective defendant for the purpose of comparing the DNA1 therein with DNA contained in biologi*307cal evidence reasonably believed to be relevant in each respective case. In People v Bailey, the defendant is charged with rape in the first degree; the evidence believed to be relevant is an aborted fetus.
