Appellants Virgilio Avila and Univision Television Group, Inc. (Univision) appeal from the trial court’s denial of their motion for an award of attorney’s fees, expenses, and sanctions pursuant to the Texas Citizens Participation Act (TCPA). See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem.Code Ann. §§ 27.001-27.011 (West 2015). In two issues, appellants contend (1) awards of attorney’s fees and expenses to them and of sanctions against appellee F.B.
