MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

The petitioner filed a pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus on March 5, 1999. The petition, which has not been amended, claims that the petitioner is entitled to forty-three (43) days of pre-sentence jail credit which the Commissioner of Correction has not credited to the petitioner.
