hThe appellant, Esther Lingoni, appeals an adverse judgment granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment. We affirm.

Paradise Gardens Landscaping, Inc., (Paradise Gardens) contracted with Shamrock Construction Co., Inc. (Shamrock) to install landscaping and irrigation systems at Hibernia Bank located at 5696 Bullard Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana, in February 1996.
