This is an action by appellant to recover on a promissory note. To the complaint, which was in one paragraph, and in usual form, the appellees filed their answer in four paragraphs, being in substance as follows:(1) General denial; (2) no consideration; (3) consideration of note wholly failed; (4) execution of note was obtained by fraud.
