Pawtucket Mutual Insurance Co. (defendant) appeals a judgment entered in the Superior Court vacating an arbitration award to Dennis H. McGinity (plaintiff) on the ground that the defendant's non-neutral arbitrator (Pawtucket arbitrator) did not disclose that he was, at the time of the arbitration, employed as an attorney for the defendant, which created a relationship constituting "evident partiality" under G.L. 1956 § 10-3-12(2).
