The sole issue on this appeal relates to the question of venue. The facts presently summarized are not in dispute.

On January 18,1968, Clyde Carratt, d/b/a Waldron Stave Company (appellant) filed a Complaint in the circuit court of Scott County against Crouch Equipment Company, Inc. (appellee — referred to as Crouch) and Cummins Diesel Sales Corporation (appellee — referred to as Cummins).
