This is an action at law brought by Man-sell Nurnburg, administrator of the estate of Roger Nurnburg, deceased, against Patrick H. Joyce et al., trustees of the Chicago Great Western Railroad Company, claiming in substance that by reason of certain negligent acts on the part of the agent and employees of the defendants Roger Nurnburg lost his life, and the administrator brings this action to recover damages to the estate of the deceased.
