Bison Park Development, LLC (“Bison Park”) appeals from the trial court’s entry of judgment dismissing Bison Park’s petition following the grant of a motion for directed verdict in favor North American Savings Bank, F.S.B. (“NASB”). Bison Park claims that the trial court erred in concluding that the Missouri Credit Agreement Statute, section 432.047,1 barred its *879causes of action against NASB. Finding no error, we affirm.
