CAMERON, Judge.

This was an action in the trial court instituted by the plaintiff, Mrs. Viola Eck, for chemical burns received from a perma•nent wave solution. The jury returned a verdict in the amount of $10,000 in favor of the plaintiff against the owner of the beauty shop and the.emplóyée who applied the solution.
