Before the court is Debtors’ Motion for the Entry of an Order (i) Enforcing the Automatic Stay Prohibiting MediaNews Group, Inc. from Terminating its Swap Agreement with the Debtors, (ii) Holding MediaNews in Civil Contempt of the Automatic Stay, (iii) Assessing Sanctions, and (iv) Granting Related Relief (the “Motion”).
