The six named plaintiffs in this proposed class action challenge the procedures used by the Division of Economic Services of the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (“DES”) relating to three forms of federal public assistance: Aid to Families with Dependent Children (“AFDC”), Food Stamps, and Medicaid.
