Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Warren County (Hall Jr., J.), rendered July 6, 2010, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of manslaughter in the first degree.
In December 2009, defendant was indicted and charged with murder in the second degree, manslaughter in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree in connection with the stabbing death of the victim.
