Defendant, Eric Bostic, was convicted by a jury of first degree robbery and armed criminal action, in violation of Mo.Rev.Stat. §§ 569.020 and 571.015 (1986), and sentenced to concurrent terms of ten years for robbery and ten years for armed criminal action.
