Appellant, Ernest R. Greene, brought suit in 1975 against A.W. Jones and Cadwallader Jones and their spouses for specific performance of a land sales contract executed between Greene and A.W. Jones in 1971. A.W. and Cadwallader Jones are brothers, the former practicing law in Birmingham and the latter residing in Oklahoma City.
