Mrs. Dressier, as administratrix of the estate of her husband, W. H. Dressier, deceased, filed a motion for judgment against Reserve Life Insurance Company for money allegedly due under the terms of a hospitalization policy issued by the company.
The company filed responsive pleadings and grounds of defense wherein the claim was generally denied.
