The plaintiff, Maher M. Mahmoud, appeals an order of the Superior Court (MacLeod, J.) granting the summary judgment motion filed by defendants Winwin Properties, LLC (Winwin), Gary T. Shulman, Anita 5. Shulman, Aaron Katz, and Jeremy Gavin, and denying the plaintiffs cross-motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
