MEMORANDUM ORDER

RAKOFF, District Judge.

Subsequent to their filing for bankruptcy in the Eastern District of Missouri, debtor defendants Victor Equipment Co., Inc. (“Victor Equipment”) and Thermadyne Industries, Inc. (“Thermadyne”) removed this state law personal injury suit to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1452. Plaintiff then moved to have the matter remanded to New York state court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334.
