MEMORANDUM OPINION

ELLIS, District Judge.

This is a handicap discrimination action under § 501 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 791 (the “Act”). Plaintiff, a former civilian employee of the Navy, alleges that the government violated the Act by terminating her employment and failing to offer reasonable accommodation for her handicapping condition, Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (“CFIDS”).
