Jason Farris appeals his conviction and sentence for attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, section 195.211, RSMo 2000. 1 Mr. Farris was sentenced to seven years imprisonment. Mr. Farris raises two points on appeal. First, he claims that the evidence was insufficient to establish that he attempted to manufacture methamphetamine. Second, he asserts that the trial court plainly erred in denying his request to instruct the jury on the definition of possession.
