Dean McConley appeals an

order granting summary judgment and dismissing his complaint against T.C. Visions, Inc. and Thomas G. Reichenberger (collectively T.C. Visions). After entry of the dismissal order, T.C. Visions moved for an assessment of attorney fees based on the contracts between the parties allowing the prevailing party in any litigation relating to the contracts to recover reasonable attorney fees against the non-prevailing party.
